REFUND POLICY – in case of production fault or error
All meals sold on our online shop or in our sale point in Laval are final sale and non-refundable. However, if you notice a production fault (example: packaging problem) or an anomaly in your order (quantity, meal size, etc.), you must report it to us within 3 days after the expected delivery. After this period, no reclamation will be heard and Fit Menu no longer have any kind of exchange or refund obligation. The Fit Menu team put a lot of time and effort in the product selection and make sure the quality and authenticity of each and every command is respected.
Please be aware that Fit Menu do not refund in cash or via the PayPal system any command with production fault or error. Fit Menu commit to give an online store credit as a compensation to any problem that occurred with the command itself.
REFUND POLICY – in case of cancelation
In case of cancelation after you’ve ordered and paid, a cancellation demand must be made 24 hours after ordering it at the e-mail address: info@fitmenu.ca
However, if the cancellation demand for a command expected on Tuesday is received after Friday 7pm, the order won’t be cancelled, will be made and delivered as expected and won’t be credited or refunded in any case.

If the cancellation demand is compliant, Fit Menu send a promo code that is made to give you a credit the exact same amount you paid. Please be aware that Fit Menu do not refund in cash or via the PayPal system any command that has been cancelled.
REFUND POLICY – in case of shipping problem
Fit Menu is not responsible in the matter of shipping errors or problems. Please note that for any problems regarding shipping delays, box losses or irregularities, it is under the delivery service to assume and fix the problem. We invite you to read the warrantee policy or the claim form of our delivery service.
Our boxes are made to keep fresh our meals for a period of 24 hours, after the delivery, without being refrigerated. After this period, Fit Menu is not responsible if the box is delivered after 24 hours. The drop points are also not responsible if the box was not pick up after 24 hours.
Each demand will be case-by-case evaluated and Fit Menu will make sure that every problem or question is solved and answered. It’s important to keep in mind that each meal is calculated, cooked and packaged with love by our employees and sometimes an honest mistake can slip in.
